C8 Splitter Diffuser
$20 · printed pair $47
- Raised expanding channels under the splitter, so they behave as small front diffusers
- A gentle wedge, a sealed inlet, and an exit into low pressure
- Sized for the AJ Hartman aero kit on a C8 Corvette
- The C8 has little space down there. This is the biggest diffuser I could fit

FAQ
How is this different from the endplates?
The endplates fence the edge of the splitter. These sit under it and expand, which accelerates air at the inlet and recovers pressure toward the exit. Different mechanism, same goal of making the front of the car work harder.
A diffuser is a vacuum cleaner, right?
No. A diffuser is a pressure recovery tool, and it is only ever as good as the air you feed it. If the inlet is not sealed and fed cleanly, the expansion downstream has nothing to work with.
Is the shape optimised?
It is a gentle wedge that worked on my car. I have not CFD'd it or run it against a baseline on a measured surface, so treat the geometry as a working starting point rather than a solved optimum.
