Orders and dispatch timing
Prices, shipping charges, and taxes are shown at checkout. Available shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout. Physical items are made to order and, where applicable, shipped from California with tracking to United States addresses only. Digital files are handled separately and are not shipped.
Dispatch timing varies by item and order volume. If you need an item by a certain date, contact [email protected] before ordering with your deadline so we can confirm whether it is possible.
Physical items: returns and refunds
You may request a return of a physical item within 30 days after delivery, including on sale-priced items, subject to this store policy. Email [email protected] with your order number to begin. The return address and instructions will be provided privately after the request is approved.
For an ordinary return, the buyer pays return shipping using a carrier of their choice. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Track Day Diaries will cover return shipping or provide another appropriate resolution. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing time may vary.
Digital files: delivery and refunds
Digital files are nonrefundable once delivered, because a delivered file cannot be returned. The delivery method for digital files is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation; if it is not clear, contact us before ordering. If a digital order fails to deliver, or the wrong file is delivered, contact [email protected] and we will resolve it or refund that order.
Physical return and refund terms above do not apply to digital files, and digital nonrefundability does not apply to physical items.
Shipping
Physical items ship with tracking from California to United States addresses. Available shipping methods and costs are calculated and shown at checkout. A tracking email is sent when the order ships. International shipping is not currently offered. Digital files are not shipped, so shipping terms do not apply to them.
Some physical items include free US shipping as noted on the product page and in the shop; this applies to physical items only and does not change the digital terms above.

Terms of service
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate checkout and delivery information and to pay the price, shipping charges, and applicable taxes shown at checkout. Orders may be declined or canceled if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be completed, or an order appears fraudulent.
The C8 Corvette DCT Park Release Tool is an independent Track Day Diaries product and is not an official General Motors product. Follow the safety instructions on the product page. Vehicle recovery carries risk, and the tool must be held by hand while releasing Park, never left latched or unattended, and never used on an incline.
Site content, product designs, photographs, and videos belong to Track Day Diaries unless otherwise credited. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited. The order, return, refund, and shipping policies above form part of these terms.
