AiM configuration pack.
The files from my Solo 2 DL setup, with the contents spelled out before you buy.

This is a starting configuration for an AiM Solo 2 DL v2 and a C8/CANgate setup. It is for owners comfortable checking CAN protocols, channel mappings, wiring, and their own device configuration.
Send your vehicle year/trim, logger model, Race Studio version, CANgate firmware, sensors, and the channels you need. No logger, sensors, wiring, or installation is included.

Two different channel sources
The CANgate DBC files describe sensor data. They do not contain C8 RPM, brake pressure, throttle, steering, or fluid-temperature definitions. Vehicle-channel intent is recorded in the AiM configuration notes; that is separate from the DBC contents.
The archive and its file contents have been inspected. A fresh Race Studio import and a live vehicle recording have not been verified for this release. The saved configuration notes do not establish correct units, scaling, or availability on your car. Ask about your required channels before ordering.
Compatibility before checkout
- Target setup: AiM Solo 2 DL v2, Race Studio 3, a C8, and the matching CANgate/WheelTurtle sensor arrangement.
- No blanket compatibility claim for all C8 model years, trims, CANgate firmware, or sensor combinations.
- This is not advertised as an XLog configuration or a universal MoTeC, iRacing, or generic telemetry decoder.
- If your factory PDR already captures what you need, compare that workflow before adding a separate logger and sensor setup.
AiM’s custom protocol documentation explains the protocol-management workflow.
Use a copy of your configuration
- Back up your existing logger configuration and record the software and firmware versions.
- Inspect the included README and import a separate copy of the supplied configuration in Race Studio.
- Review the custom protocol, channel names, units, scaling, and connection settings against your actual hardware.
- Verify channels with a stationary capture before relying on a session recording. A successful file import alone does not validate live data.
The package is a configuration resource. It does not replace AiM’s device instructions or supply a validated installation for a different vehicle.
Delivery and support
One ZIP archive, automatically fulfilled through Shopify’s Digital Products app after the order qualifies for fulfillment. No physical shipment. If the download does not arrive or a file is incorrect, email [email protected] with your order number.
Digital files are nonrefundable once delivered; failed or incorrect delivery is handled through support. Store policies.
Mounting the hardware
The Solo 2 DL mount files and TeamPlus CANgate screen holder are separate products. Devices and installation hardware are not included with this data pack.
